We have a strict privacy policy. We will never share or sell your information to anyone.

How often can you provide service?

We offer twice weekly, weekly, and every other week service. For one-time service, please e-mail us for pricing and availability or call us at 833-DOO-DUDE

Can I request a certain day and time?

We cannot guarantee a specific day or time. In order to keep our prices low, we have a scheduled route assignment.

Do I need to be home on the day of my service?

No, but please make sure we can access your yard on your service day. If you have a lock on your gate, please either provide us with the combination or we will loan you a combination lock. For optimal service, keyed locks must be replaced with a combination lock.

What if I am on vacation or need to skip a visit?

Please give us 48-hour notice and a full credit will be given for that visit.

Can you work with dogs in the yard?

Yes, we love dogs! If your dog is friendly, we don’t mind them being in the yard while we work. However, if they are aggressive we ask that you keep them inside while we are in the yard.

What if the weather is bad or there is snow on the ground?

We make every effort to come out on your scheduled visit, however if there is lightning, ice or fresh snow, for safety reasons, we may not work. Snow policy will be provided on first visit.

Will you close my gate securely?

Your dog’s safety is our top priority. We will always make sure your gate is closed securely. To read about other ways we strive to keep you, your family, and your pets safe, click here.

How do you dispose of the waste?

The waste is removed from your property and disposed of in accordance with city, county and state regulations.

Isn't dog waste a fertilizer?

No. Dog waste is protein based. Unlike cow and horses (whose waste is vegetable based), dog waste carries parasites and bacteria that can be harmful to your family, pets and lawn. To read more about the dangers of an un-scooped yard, click here.
